A global food company seeks a Quality Manager in Johannesburg to drive quality KPI improvements, ensuring compliance and managing QFS risks. Candidates should possess a degree in Food Technology or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in quality roles. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and experience with continuous improvement techniques are essential. Scope To drive continuous improvement across quality KPI’s, deploy quality strategy, governance and goals at the plant. Ensure all QFS risks are proactively assessed and managed with adequate resources planned upfront to reach QFS compliance. Validate QFS criteria in the project at all steps. Lead QFS change management i.e. ensure all changes are done with proper change management base on risk analysis and followed by efficient validation and verification.
