A community development organization is seeking an Entrepreneurial Programme Officer in Kathu to manage a one-year project aimed at fostering entrepreneurship within local communities. The candidate must hold a tertiary qualification in business or commerce and demonstrate experience in managing entrepreneurial initiatives. Responsibilities include operational oversight, facilitating training sessions, reporting to the head office, and engaging with local communities to ensure project success. A commitment to developing local talent is essential, along with strong administrative skills and a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- Minimum tertiary qualification in business or commerce is required.
- Proven experience in business ownership is essential.
- Strong understanding of business finances is necessary.
- Experience with detailed report writing is advantageous.
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license are mandatory.
Responsabilités
- Manage daily operations of the project centre.
- Deliver project training to entrepreneurs and community members.
- Report outcomes to Raizcorp head office.
- Capture and manage relevant data and metrics.
