About the Role

As aDisability Support Workerbased at Murray Bridge, you’ll support and deliver personal care to clients of all ages.

• Delivering tailored support to individuals with low to high-level needs
• Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, medication, cooking, cleaning, appointments, and recreational outings
• Encouraging positive routines and behaviours in a respectful and flexible manner.
• Monitoring and supporting individual program plans and report outcomes
• Safely assisting with mobility and physical support needs
• Shifts will include 24/7 supports, predominantly SIL and Individualised Support

• Strong understanding and commitment to person-centred care
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills

• Experience with behaviour support strategies and health needs
• Commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and professional boundaries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education and Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Disability or equivalent
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Willingness to complete all mandatory training requirements
• Knowledge of National Disability Standards and safeguarding practices
