Job Description

About the Role

This role is based in our Port Pirie Day Options Hub, which is a vibrant, busy environment supporting up to 30 clients a day. You’ll work both on the floor and within the leadership team, helping clients achieve their goals through tailored support.

  • Deliver one-on-one support in Hub, homeand community settings
  • Assist with personal care, health needs, and daily living tasks
  • Mentor and coach support staff to improve service quality
  • Contribute to planning and documentation of individualised programs and staff rostering

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Strong understanding of individualised support and person-centred practice
  • Ability to mentor and coach staff to improve service delivery
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
  • Confident using client management systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Experience working independently and managing competing priorities

Education and Qualifications

Along with the experience in supporting client centred services, you will have:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Indiviual Support or Community Services (or equivalent)
  • Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR), and training in; Assist with Medication, Epilepsy & Midazolam, Through their Eyes, and Manual Handling
  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check
