Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Product Performance Monitoring
2. Review and analyze system performance data.
3. Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
4. Technical Support:
5. Provide troubleshooting support for complex issues.
6. Create SOPs and training materials for technical processes.
7. Ensure timely resolution of escalated technical issues.
8. Product Management:
9. Conduct market research to identify product improvement opportunities.
10. Collaborate with R&D for product enhancements.
11. Manage product lifecycle, including updates and rollouts.
12. Client Communication:
13. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
14. Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups.
15. Issue Resolution:
16. Log, track, and resolve complaints or service issues.
17. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
18. Feedback Collection & Analysis:
19. Gather customer feedback for product improvement.
20. Prepare satisfaction reports and identify areas for improvement.
21. Operations & Maintenance Planning:
22. Develop detailed schedules for regular maintenance.
23. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
24. Implementation & Monitoring:
25. Oversee maintenance activities to ensure adherence to schedule.
26. Track progress and update stakeholders on completion.
27. Ensure availability of required tools and equipment.
28. Maintenance Planning:
29. Develop project plans and timelines for maintenance.
30. Coordinate with procurement for materials availability.
31. Quality Assurance & Reporting:
32. Prepare completion reports and ensure documentation is updated.

Requirements:

1. Matric / Grade 12 (NQF 4)
2. Diploma in Engineering (Advantageous)
3. Trade Test (NQF 5)
4. Wireman's License
5. Travel ready
6. Well spoken and Product knowledge
