- Budget & Cost control - assets, IS & structures, etc.
- Governance & Regularity Compliance
- Align user needs & system functionality for industry best practice SOP’s
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
- Training & Development i.e. program design, workshops, evaluation etc.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience within the IT industry
- MCSE, CCNA certificate or equivalent, PRINCE2, AGILE, and / or SCRUM
- ITIL Foundation or higher along with Security(S+) qualifications
- BSc Computer Science, MIS, or similar
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & negotiation skills
