We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join the back-office operations team in our busy Orchard Road office.

Working hours are fixed at 1.30pm to 10.30pm, but occasionally it may be necessary to work night shifts. Medical insurance and usual benefits provided, with salary dependent on experience (if applicable) and subsequent performance.

1. Writing up of deal tickets
2. Posting of trades onto Exchanges; ensuring accuracy and proper settlement of trades
3. Resolving discrepancies and/or disputes, where necessary
4. Recording of deals into deal sheet
5. Checking and sending of trade confirmations
6. Sending of daily reports
7. Create invoices and input of receipts
8. Update of reports
9. Perform trade-related duties as specified by brokers
10. Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Manager and Finance Manager.

1. Strong attention to detail
2. Able to multi-task and work effectively in a team or alone
3. Good communication and people skills
4. Eager to learn and adapt to circumstances/situations
5. Excellent Windows and Microsoft Office knowledge
6. Chinese language is essential as must be able to communicate with China customers
7. Experience in relevant industry is a plus, but not necessary
