Responsibilities

  • Identifying organizations who Deel should form partnerships with and building partnerships with them

  • Closing, managing, and enabling partners to successfully refer clients to Deel

  • Nurturing partnerships throughout their whole lifecycle

  • Ideating, launching, and optimizing co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, email, content sharing)

  • Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth

  • Building and maintaining the partnerships P&L

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in partnership roles.

  • Strong understanding of the professional services landscape, with experience building medium to enterprise-sized partnerships (e.g., financial services, law, consulting, HR, talent).

  • Well-connected in relevant industries.

  • Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong research skills.

  • Skilled in writing email copy and creating campaign sequences that engage partners.

  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and improve processes.

  • Experience working with Workday, SAP and Oracle ecosystem is preferred.
