• 12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.

• Track record of driving transformation in recruiting – redesigning systems, workflows, and strategies to improve outcomes.
• Bold thinker with the ability to influence senior leaders and challenge legacy mindsets with diplomacy and confidence.
• Analytical mindset – comfortable with metrics, KPIs, and using data to iterate and improve.
• Strong storytelling and branding instincts – can position an employer brand to attract mission-aligned talent.
