Responsibilities:
Actively search for potential candidates from job boards (e.g. Jobstreet, MyCareersFuture), social media platforms, and other recruitment channels (canvassing or networking events included)
Writing compelling and accurate job advertisements to attract candidates to apply. Screening calls to filter out suitable candidates.
Build and maintain pipeline of prospective candidates through proactive outreach. Encourage employee referrals from current team to tap into their network.
Review resumes and applications to identify candidates with the right skills, experiences and potential for growth.
Conduct cold calls and video interviews with potential candidates to actively sell our company and Business Development role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Working closely with BD team leaders to fully understand their requirements, such as personality, experience, sales skills.
Have regular catch ups to review status of the candidate pipeline, feedback of the new joiners (performance, culture fit) and adjust sourcing strategies as needed.
Assist in preparing and extending job offers, making sure candidates are well managed through the process.
Help coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and interview feedback.
Provide a positive candidate experience through transparent, respectful and timely communication at every stage of the hiring process.
Monitor KPIs such as hiring targets, offer acceptance rate and candidate quality. Regularly report on progress to sales leadership, HR.
Making sure there's continuous improvement by identifying gaps in recruitment process and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
1 year of sales recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
A growth-oriented, positive and solution-driven mindset with eagerness to learn
Can-do attitude, resilience and the ability to maintain a positive outlook
Strong desire to develop within the Talent Acquisition field and willingness to learn from feedback and experiences
Strong ownership of tasks without needing constant direction and takes initiatives
