We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage recruitment and support key HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience, a solid understanding of Singapore employment regulations, and the ability to support both daily HR operations and long-term HR initiatives. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates; present suitable candidates to Hiring Managers.
Manage recruitment platforms, social media postings, and employer branding initiatives.
Collaborate with Marketing on recruitment materials and campaigns.
Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and collaborations with agencies and government bodies (e.g. e2i, WSG).
Prepare recruitment reports, including hiring outcomes and recruitment costs.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Support HR projects, staff engagement activities, and other HR operational tasks.
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in recruitment and HR administration.
Familiar with Singapore employment laws, CPF, IRAS, and MOM requirements.
Experience with headhunting or recruitment is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential matters professionally.
Strong communication skills and able to work independently and as part of a team.
