Job summary
A prominent HR advisory firm is looking for an Administrator in Singapore to handle sales orders, organize case files, track deadlines, manage inventory, and maintain communication through various channels. The ideal candidate will be experienced with basic office software and Google Workspace. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $1,800 - $2,800 depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Experience with basic office software and Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace applications is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales orders and invoices; manage data entry.
- Organise and maintain case files (digital and physical).
- Track case deadlines and ensure timely packing and delivery.
- Verify case contents, including lab-fabricated components and paperwork.
- Manage inventory and order supplies; liaise with vendors.
- Handle communication via email, phone, and messaging.
- Maintain and update social media pages (Facebook, Instagram).
- Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries.

Working Days: 5.5 days
Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, 8:30am - 12:30pm
Salary: $1,800 - $2,800 [Depends on experience]
