Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support the end-to-end hiring process. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communications. Ideal candidates will possess a Diploma or Degree in a related discipline, have strong communication and organizational skills, and be eager to learn and grow in recruitment. About the Role

You will support the end-to-end hiring process, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for all Mablle roles roles. No prior TA experience is required — training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Manage job postings and ensure they are updated across all platforms.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews.
Candidate Management
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Update candidate records in ATS/CRM tools.
  • Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Operational & Admin Support
  • Prepare hiring materials (job ads, interview scripts, briefs).
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and processes.
  • Support weekly recruitment reporting.
Employer Branding
  • Help plan and execute recruitment campaigns.
  • Assist with simple content creation (e.g., job posts, social updates).
