Responsibilities

• Respond to reported risk cases in a timely and accurate manner, via internal platforms and support tools;
• Summarize and classify the feedback cases reported weekly, work with product and tech teams to formulate solutions;
• Responsible for building up risk control policy and process, Work to promote transparency and understanding of policies, Educate internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with our processes;
• Develop user education programs to enhance user security awareness;
• Assist in the construction and optimization of internal platforms and tools, and be responsible for promotion.
