Job summary
A dynamic arts and heritage organization in Singapore is seeking a PR professional to plan and implement campaigns that raise awareness of arts offerings. Responsibilities include coordinating media engagement and managing public inquiries. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Arts, a strong interest in the sector, and excellent communication skills. The role emphasizes detail orientation, project management, and proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel.
Qualifications

- Experience in the arts and heritage sector is a plus.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new IT tools.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and implement PR campaigns.
- Coordinate media engagement and create social media content.
- Build and maintain strong media relationships.
- Manage all media and PR initiatives.
- Handle public feedback and inquiries.

- Manage and oversee all media and PR-related initiatives, including launching integrated marketing campaigns.
- Handle public feedback and inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts or related field.
- Strong interest in arts and heritage.
- Experience in the arts and heritage sector is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with a strong focus on quality.
- Proficiency in Excel and the ability to quickly adapt to new IT tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized, with project management experience.
