Job description and responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Engagement
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, consultants, main contractors, and developers.
- Introduce the Company’s façade products, systems, and project capabilities to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Arrange client meetings, presentations, and technical sharing sessions.
2. Specification & Project Support
- Review project specifications, façade system requirements, and tender documents.
- Recommend suitable façade solutions that align with consultant and client needs.
- Work closely with the internal technical and project teams to align marketing information with project capabilities.
- Track and follow up on projects from pre-tender to award stage.
3. Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market analysis on trends, competitors, pricing, and new façade technologies.
- Identify potential projects in the pipeline and track tender opportunities.
- Support management in developing marketing strategies and business growth plans.
4. Marketing & Branding Activities
- Prepare marketing materials such as company profiles, capability presentations, brochures, and case studies.
- Maintain and update the Company’s website, social media platforms, and corporate communications.
- Coordinate participation in industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
5. Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Technical, Estimation, and Project teams to ensure accurate information is shared with clients.
- Support the preparation of tender submissions, pre-qualification (PQ) documents, and client proposals.
- Provide timely updates on market opportunities and client feedback to management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above qualifications in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- At least 10 years working experience in construction line with solid knowledge of façade specifications, aluminium/glass materials and project workflows is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Knowledge in design software (e.g Autocad, PowerPoint) is an advantage
- Capable of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English; Proficiency in Chinese is a MUST as applicant will need to liaise with Chinese speaker or associate.
- Working days & Time: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Alt Sat - 9am-1pm
