  • Marketing Strategy & Performance: Plan and execute digital marketing across paid ads, email, CRM, SEO, and social media. Monitor key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and retention, and identify opportunities to improve overall funnel performance.
  • Partnerships & Pop-Up Event Planning: Support the planning and execution of pop-up retail events, including coordination with partners, vendors, and internal teams. Identify and develop strategic partnerships with brands, personalities, communities, and platforms to drive awareness and footfall for pop-ups and seasonal campaigns.
  • Content & Brand Execution: Work closely with the creative team to guide messaging, storytelling, and campaign direction with marketing goals in mind.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, product development, and retail teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
  • Market & Consumer Insights: Stay updated on digital trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies to inform strategic decisions.
