Prepare beverages following our Standard Operating Procedures
Operate machines & equipment with care and precision
Maintain hygiene & safety standards
Take and recommend customer orders
Handle payments at the POS system
Open/close the kiosk (set-up & clean-down)
Engage with customers, handle inquiries & feedback professionally
Support teammates for smooth daily operations
Contribute to our social media presence by creating content (preferred skill)
Be willing to learn, receive feedback, and grow with the team

· Prior retail or F&B experience is a plus, but not required

· Food Safety Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

· Full-Timer: Minimum 1-year commitment

· Part-Timer: Minimum 6 months commitment, up to 35 hours/week

· Passion for beverages & great customer service

· Positive attitude, strong teamwork & willingness to learn

· Creative and comfortable to create social media content (Preferred)

· Comfortable working flexible shifts, weekends & holidays
