We are looking for a hands-on, digitally-savvy marketer who loves both the creative side of promotions and the analytical side of customer data.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities
  • In-Store Promotions:

    Plan, execute, and measure the success of all in-store promotions and campaigns.

  • Digital Marketing:

    Email marketing, SMS blast, Social Media (FB/Insta/TikTok), Google My Business, paid social ads.

  • CRM Program Management:

    Data Collection, Running loyalty programs.

  • Footfall Analysis:

    Work with data to understand traffic patterns and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years of direct experience in a marketing role, with significant exposure to retail operations.

  • Proven track record of planning, executing and monitoring physical in-store promotions, campaigns and visual merchandising support to drive immediate sales uplift.

  • Practical experience in generating content and executing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

  • Experience with Paid Social Ads management (eg boosting, campaign setup) is highly advantageous.

  • Operational proficiency in managing a CRM / Loyalty Program database, including ensuring accurate data collection and processing.

  • Ability to execute targeted communications (Email / SMS) and personalised offer deployments based on segmented customer lists.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to compile reports on campaign performance (digital reach, engagement, redemption rates).

  • A good understanding of retail key performance indicators (KPIs), including Footfall Analysis, and the ability to link marketing activities to changes in store traffic and conversion rates.
