What You’ll Do
Content Strategy & Creative Ideation

You’ll be at the heart of our storytelling. That means working closely with marketing, product, and brand teams to truly understand what we want to achieve and turning those goals into content that feels fresh, relevant, and meaningful.

  • Explore industry trends, audience behaviour, and competitor insights to uncover opportunities and content gaps we can own.
  • Build a strong content calendar that drives consistency, volume, and strategic depth.
  • Pitch bold ideas, craft new angles, and bring creative solutions that speak to everyone, from curious beginners to seasoned traders.
Multi-Format Content Creation

This role is hands‑on and dynamic. You’ll produce content across formats and channels, each with its own style, purpose, and voice.

Written Content
  • Craft clear, engaging copy for blogs, articles, email newsletters, websites, ads, landing pages, and social posts.
  • Break down complex concepts into content that’s easy to read, relatable, and valuable.
Visual Content
  • Work with designers to turn ideas into infographics, charts, illustrations, and crisp visual narratives that support your written work.
Video Content
  • Develop scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts for explainers, tutorials, market updates, short‑form videos, and brand stories.
  • Assist in basic filming or editing and collaborate with external video partners when needed.
Motion Graphics
  • Create simple animations or motion pieces that bring key messages and data to life in a more engaging way.
Brand Voice & Consistency

You’ll be the guardian of our brand’s personality.

  • Maintain a consistent tone, vocabulary, and messaging across everything you craft.
  • Ensure visuals and copy work together to reinforce a cohesive brand identity.
SEO & Performance Optimisation

Your content doesn’t just need to look good, it needs to perform.

  • Apply SEO fundamentals to boost organic visibility and overall reach.
  • Track content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions, retention), interpret what the data is telling you, and use it to refine future content.
  • Experiment with A/B tests, headlines, visuals, CTAs, to continually improve results.
Collaboration & Project Management

This is a role where you’ll be working with many moving parts and teams.

Collaborate with social media, PR, performance marketing, product, and customer support teams to build integrated campaigns.

  • Manage multiple content pieces and timelines with confidence in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
  • Take in feedback constructively and iterate until we achieve results that are both impactful and on‑brand.
What You’ll Bring
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Content Writer, or similar, with a portfolio that showcases versatility and creativity.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities as well as the skill to switch tone depending on platform and audience.
  • Experience producing content for blogs, websites, and platforms such as X, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • A solid grasp of SEO, content marketing, and digital storytelling.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools and social publishing platforms.
  • Strong research skills, especially when navigating medical aesthetics topics.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once, stay organised, and deliver on time.
  • A creative eye, a hunger to experiment, and a genuine love for creating great content.
  • A growth mindset, always improving, always learning.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Video editing or basic motion graphics capabilities (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
