Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of corporate communication strategies that align with the firm’s overall objectives.
• Provide communications guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure message consistency and alignment across all channels.
• Manage the firm’s awards programme, including coordinating timelines and preparing submissions.
• Draft, edit, and proofread corporate materials such as publications, award entries, media releases, web articles, and EDMs.
• Maintain and update the company website, social media platforms, and intranet with accurate, engaging, and timely content.
• Contribute to the creation of brand content, including corporate videos, marketing collateral, and other communication assets.
• Assist with media relations, coordinate corporate events, and support junior team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant business or marketing discipline
• At least 3-5 years of experience; ideal industry to be from built‑environment.
• Demonstrate expertise in design and hand‑drawing with the ability to consistently meet project timelines.
