• Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or relevant field
• Experience: 3-6 years
• Location: Sector 62, Noida
• Office Timings: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
• Working Days: 6 days a week

The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and execute online marketing strategies to enhance online presence, brand awareness, and generate sales or leads. The candidate should be proficient in social media, email marketing, SEO, and other digital platforms.

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels such as websites, email, social media, and advertising.
2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, reporting on effectiveness.
3. Optimize content for websites and social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google Plus.
4. Track website traffic and generate regular performance reports.
5. Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
6. Conduct keyword research and web analytics reporting.
7. Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns.
8. Use analytics tools to monitor website performance and suggest improvements.
9. Create and manage content marketing strategies and social media presence.
10. Manage online customer acquisition and retention programs, including SEO, email, affiliate marketing, and social marketing.
11. Collaborate with designers to enhance user experience.
12. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with CMS, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and analytical skills.

Note: The job is full-time, in person, with a day shift schedule.
