About You Tiao Mei

You Tiao Mei is a proudly born-and-bred Singaporean brand, known for modernising traditional fried snacks and introducing innovative flavours to the younger generation. We are building a strong marketing and brand arm to grow our presence and bring our mascot and brand story to life.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for all in-house marketing execution including social media content, brand campaigns, design, photography/videography, and outlet marketing support. You will work with the founder and brand consultant to bring the brand direction to life.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation

Plan, shoot, and edit videos; create posts; write captions; schedule postings; monitor engagement.

Brand Execution & Storytelling

Translate brand direction into content; help build mascot personality; support product launches.

Design & Creative Production

Create posters, menus, collaterals; prepare platform assets; coordinate with designers.

Photography & Videography

Capture product visuals; maintain media library; ensure brand consistency.

Outlet Marketing Support

Prepare store-opening materials; manage in-store visuals; coordinate campaigns.

Marketing Analytics

Track performance; analyse trends; monitor competitors.

Campaign Management

Execute promotions; manage festive campaigns; work with influencers.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of marketing/content experience
  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, VN)
  • Graphic design ability (Canva; Adobe bonus)
