Feel Fresh is one of Singapore’s fastest-growing personal wellness brands, delivering innovative oral‑care and beauty devices used by tens of thousands across Southeast Asia. We are now expanding our content engine and we are looking for a Content Strategist who can take our storytelling, social presence, and creative operations to the next level.
Role: Content Strategist (Brand, Social, Influencers & Production)
As Feel Fresh's Content Strategist, you will drive performance‑oriented content and lead an ecosystem of creators, livestreamers, and agencies across Singapore and Malaysia.
About the role
1. Performance Content Strategy
- Develop and oversee Feel Fresh’s full‑funnel content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads, and website.
- Plan content calendars that drive conversions.
- Ideate and script compelling storylines (UGC‑style, problem/solution, before‑after formats, educational, product demos).
2. Video Production & Creative Execution
- Lead and manage video shoots—from concept, scripting, talent direction, and editing.
- Be hands‑on in filming, acting on camera when needed, and guiding creators to achieve Feel Fresh’s signature tone.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and agencies to ensure high‑quality creative output.
3. Influencer Marketing & UGC Management
- Build and manage influencer and KOL relationships across SG & MY.
- Coordinate UGC pipelines—briefing creators, reviewing drafts, and optimizing delivery.
- Evaluate influencer performance, negotiate partnerships, and scale winning collaborations.
4. Livestream & Creator Ecosystem Management
- Manage livestreamers across platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).
- Coordinate with production teams and agencies for livestream content, performance benchmarks, and reporting.
5. Social Media Growth & Analytics
- Own the growth strategy for TikTok, Instagram.
- Track content performance using analytics tools and iterate based on insights.
- Conduct competitor and trend analysis to keep Feel Fresh ahead of the curve.
6. Cross‑Border Expansion & Malaysia Market Ownership
- Lead the full content and influencer strategy for the Malaysia market.
- Identify, onboard, and manage Malaysia‑based influencers, creators, and livestreamers.
- Localize content angles, scripts, and campaigns to suit Malaysian consumer behavior and platform trends.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across both Singapore and Malaysia while tailoring execution to each market.
Who You Are
- Deep passion for conversion content, especially TikTok, Reels, and short‑form storytelling for performance marketing.
- Experienced in creating or managing content.
- Strong understanding of current trends, consumer behavior, and viral formats.
- Comfortable directing shoots, managing creators, and appearing on camera.
- Skilled in tools such as CapCut, VN, FCPX/Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar.
- Preferably with prior experience in:
- Consumer product brands performance marketing production, or
- Marketing / creative agencies
- Organized, resourceful, and thrives in a fast‑moving startup environment.
