Responsibilities
  • Lead the Development and Execution of Integrated Marketing & Communications Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft a comprehensive marketing and communications plan aligned with the institute's overall goals. Oversee the creation and implementation of cross‑channel campaigns (ATL & BTL) to enhance brand awareness and student enrolment in our educational programs.
  • Spearhead Program Marketing and Digital Campaigns: Drive marketing management for our diverse range of educational programs. Plan and deploy effective digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to target the right audience and achieve maximum engagement, promoting the unique value proposition of each program.
  • Become a Public Relations Pro: Proactively manage media relations, fielding media queries, assisting with interview arrangements, and crafting compelling stories to secure positive media coverage for MDIS and its educational programs.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and meticulous vetting of all marketing and communication collaterals for our programs, ensuring brand consistency and clear messaging that resonates with potential students.
  • Collaboration is Key: Work closely with various stakeholders within the marketing team, sales team (local & international), and other supporting functions to achieve our shared goals, including exceeding student recruitment targets for our educational programs.
  • Measure, Analyse, and Adapt: Implement a robust A&P tracking and analysis system to monitor campaign performance for our programs and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Event Management Support: Provide strategic support for institute recruitment and branding events, such as roadshows, open houses, education fairs, graduation ceremonies, and CSR activities, highlighting the benefits of our programs.
  • Embrace New Challenges: Be prepared to take initiative on ad‑hoc projects assigned by management, demonstrating your adaptability and problem‑solving skills.
Who You Are
  • A highly motivated and results‑oriented individual with a minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices.
  • Prior experience within the education industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • A skilled multi‑tasker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing effectively and managing deadlines with ease.
