Executive, Institutional and Community Partnerships

This position reports directly to Director Enterprise. The Executive will build and maintain relationships with corporations, schools and youths to identify partnerships and collaboration opportunities that contribute to CARE Singapore’s growth and interaction with youths. This includes strengthening existing relationships through regular engagement, impact reporting, and recognition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Partnerships
  • Identify and execute community activation projects, primarily in IHLs.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies, including targeted outreach and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sponsors, donors, and volunteers.
  • Maintain accurate records of youths engaged.
Campaigns & Events
  • Plan, develop, and implement student led initiatives support the work of CARE surrounding the issues of Caregivers
  • Co‑develop mental health programme and projects supporting young caregivers.
  • Conceptualise and work in tandem with communications team to produce materials such as newsletters, social media post and publicity content.
  • Ensure adherence to sector regulation on safety and volunteer management.
  • Conceive creative ideas of social merchandise to be used in activation
Inter-Departmental Collaboration
  • Assist in coordinating stakeholder‑related events, including logistics and on‑site support.
  • Liaise with internal teams to identify on‑the‑ground needs and align partnership opportunities accordingly.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure fundraising and engagement efforts align with CARE Singapore’s mission and strategic objectives.
  • Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.
