Healthify Medical Family Clinic is reopening applications for our highly sought-after Temporary Clinic Assistant role — ideal for A-Level students awaiting results or anyone aspiring to enter Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Allied Health.

• Chaperone the doctor during examinations

• Perform ECGs and assist in wound dressings

• Prepare and dispense medications

• Maintain a sterile, safe environment

• Register patients and manage appointments

• Handle phone inquiries and front-desk communication

• Assist with filing, paperwork, and daily workflow

• Cashiering and payment handling

• Submitting insurance and medical claims

• Learning behind-the-scenes clinic management

• Completed A-Levels (or equivalent) and awaiting results

• Planning to pursue Medicine or a healthcare-related degree

• Responsible, proactive, and keen to learn

• Comfortable with both clinical and administrative tasks

• Able to work evenings and weekends for a minimum of 6 months

• Microsoft Office proficiency

• Ability to speak additional languages/dialects

• Social media or digital marketing experience
  (You’ll have the chance to help with the clinic’s online presence!)

• Build a strong CV and personal statement
