Roles and responsibilities
Business Development & Customer Acquisition
  • Lead customer acquisition efforts through strategic cold calling and marketing initiatives for all events associated with Ministry of Football (MOF) and Ministry of Sports (MOS)
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote programs on www.ministryoffootball.com.sg and www.ministryofsports.com.sg
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners to grow program participation
Program and Event Management
  • Attend and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all MOF and MOS programs and events
  • Ensure smooth operation of all sporting activities and maintain high program quality standards
  • Monitor program performance and implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes
  • Manage program schedules, venues, and resources effectively
  • Handle participant inquiries and resolve any program‑related issues
Freelancer Management
  • Identify, recruit, and maintain a pool of qualified freelance sports instructors and event staff
  • Coordinate freelancer schedules and assignments across various programs and events
  • Ensure all freelancers meet required qualifications and maintain appropriate certifications
  • Provide necessary briefings and guidance to freelancers to maintain program quality
  • Monitor freelancer performance and address any concerns or issues promptly
General Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of all programs, events, and freelancer assignments
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies
  • Provide regular reports on program performance and achievement of objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless program delivery
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sports program management
