Job summary
A recruitment solutions provider in Singapore seeks a Recruitment Consultant to partner with clients, manage job postings, and screen candidates. - Partnering with clients to determine staffing needs.
- Posting and monitoring of job advertisements on daily basis on various job portals.
- Screening resumes through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Screen and shortlist candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and assessments.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Building rapport and establishing good relationships with potential candidates and clients.

- Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications
- Working Days/Hours: 5 days/ 9.30am - 6.30pm
