We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital marketing and creative storytelling. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in social media strategy, content creation, and running paid advertisements across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.
You will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, developing monthly content calendars, crafting engaging captions, and maintaining consistent communication with clients to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Plan, create, and manage social media content calendars for various brands.
- Develop engaging captions and copywriting that align with brand tone and marketing goals.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with the creative team to coordinate photo/video content production.
- Communicate regularly with clients to gather feedback, approvals, and updates on content and campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure strong performance.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital advertising.
- Proficient in Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone, grammar, and brand voice.
- Good understanding of analytics tools and campaign optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic knowledge of photography or short-form video production.
- Familiarity with other platforms (e.g., Google Ads, XHS).
