Become a key member of the Talent Acquisition team at RGP Consultancy. As a Talent Acquisition professional, you will play a vital role in sourcing and recruiting top talent to support the growth and success of our dynamic organisation. What you'll be doing
Proactively source and screen candidates for a variety of roles across the organisation
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support the company's hiring needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and effectively match candidates
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and strategies
What we're looking for
Diploma or Degree in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within a professional services environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology
Proven track record of sourcing and securing top talent
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
