We are hiring a Marketing Executive to support branding, campaign execution, and customer engagement for a well-established F&B retail brand. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with strong digital skills and an interest in consumer-driven campaigns.

What You'll Do:

Marketing Campaigns

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Ensure alignment with brand positioning and business objectives

Systems & Operational Support

  • Manage in-store POS and self-order kiosk content, including product listings and visuals
  • Support website and system updates where required

Performance Tracking & Analysis

  • Monitor campaign results and marketing metrics
  • Prepare reports and derive insights to improve campaign effectiveness

Social Media & Customer Engagement

  • Manage content and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu (XHS)
  • Respond to customer enquiries and feedback in a timely manner, including occasional weekend support

Brand & Market Development

  • Assist in regional brand expansion and new market initiatives
  • Monitor industry and competitor trends and provide recommendations

Promotions & Marketing Operations

  • Coordinate promotional activities and creative production
  • Manage communication touchpoints including social media, CRM, in-app messaging, offline collaterals, paid advertising, and influencer collaborations
What You Bring:
  • 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, campaign management, or related roles
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines
  • Comfortable analysing data and translating insights into action
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing; experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or video editing is a plus
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with customer-facing experience
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing POS systems, websites, or marketing processes is an advantage
  • Passion for the F&B industry
