Our client is a local firm in Singapore.

Location: Central Region of Singapore

Responsibilities
  • ENGAGEMENT / CONTENT WRITING:

    • Write impact stories and feature articles for engagement platforms.

    • Liaise with featured participants to obtain required media consent and release forms.

    • Develop content for newsletters and regular updates.

    SURVEY AND DATA MANAGEMENT:

    • Convert surveys from Word documents into online form platforms.

    • Transcribe handwritten responses into Excel for analysis and tracking.

    • Collate responses from stakeholder groups and track contributions.

    CREATIVE DESIGN:

    • Re‑purpose images from educational resources for social media posts.

    • Design website thumbnails.

    • Create and edit videos for engagement initiatives.

    • Design eDMs, promotional materials, and collaterals.

    ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:

    • Draft dissemination emails and manage mass distribution using email platforms.

    • Coordinate meeting and workshop logistics.

    • Prepare acknowledgements of receipt (AORs) and related documentation.

    • Provide other administrative support and related duties as required.

Requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in healthcare, social sciences, or a related field; or an equivalent level of knowledge acquired through relevant experience and further training or professional development.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • At least one year of relevant professional experience.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS

  • Strong project management, time management, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Effective and persuasive communication skills, with clear oral, written, and presentation abilities, demonstrating professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Experience in producing written and/or visual communications materials (e.g., infographics) in plain English for diverse audiences, particularly non‑technical or lay audiences.
  • High level of attention to detail with strong accuracy standards.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and creative design tools such as Canva and Adobe software.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
