Ideal candidates should hold a degree in healthcare or social sciences and possess at least one year of relevant experience. Location: Central Region of Singapore
ENGAGEMENT / CONTENT WRITING:
Write impact stories and feature articles for engagement platforms.
Liaise with featured participants to obtain required media consent and release forms.
Develop content for newsletters and regular updates.
SURVEY AND DATA MANAGEMENT:
Convert surveys from Word documents into online form platforms.
Transcribe handwritten responses into Excel for analysis and tracking.
Collate responses from stakeholder groups and track contributions.
CREATIVE DESIGN:
Re‑purpose images from educational resources for social media posts.
Design website thumbnails.
Create and edit videos for engagement initiatives.
Design eDMs, promotional materials, and collaterals.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
Draft dissemination emails and manage mass distribution using email platforms.
Coordinate meeting and workshop logistics.
Prepare acknowledgements of receipt (AORs) and related documentation.
Provide other administrative support and related duties as required.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in healthcare, social sciences, or a related field; or an equivalent level of knowledge acquired through relevant experience and further training or professional development.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
At least one year of relevant professional experience.
