Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a central role in driving our brand growth across Singapore and the region, shaping how consumers discover, experience, and connect with our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Execution
    • Execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
    • Run integrated campaigns across digital, social, retail, and activation channels.
    • Support product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and key events to drive brand visibility and sales.
  • Branding and Communication
    • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
    • Collaborate with designers to develop strong creative assets and marketing materials.
    • Produce engaging content for social media, newsletters, and website updates.
    • Partner with the Marketing Manager to enhance customer journey and brand experience.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct competitor benchmarking and monitor market trends.
    • Gather and interpret customer insights to drive engagement and conversion improvements.
    • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports for management.
  • Partnership and Event Management
    • Support and execute partnerships, exhibitions, corporate events, and roadshows.
    • Manage collaborations with media, influencers, and corporate partners.
    • Represent Ergoworks in cross-brand collaborations.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration
    • Work with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion activities.
    • Liaise closely with product and operations teams to ensure alignment with inventory, supply, and retail needs.
    • Provide feedback on product and service enhancements.
    • Work with omnichannel teams to strengthen brand visuals both online and offline.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and strong in brand storytelling.
  • Proficient in Canva, basic video editing, or equivalent design tools.
