As a Marketing Executive, you will play a central role in driving our brand growth across Singapore and the region, shaping how consumers discover, experience, and connect with our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Run integrated campaigns across digital, social, retail, and activation channels.
- Support product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and key events to drive brand visibility and sales.
- Branding and Communication
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
- Collaborate with designers to develop strong creative assets and marketing materials.
- Produce engaging content for social media, newsletters, and website updates.
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to enhance customer journey and brand experience.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and monitor market trends.
- Gather and interpret customer insights to drive engagement and conversion improvements.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports for management.
- Partnership and Event Management
- Support and execute partnerships, exhibitions, corporate events, and roadshows.
- Manage collaborations with media, influencers, and corporate partners.
- Represent Ergoworks in cross-brand collaborations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion activities.
- Liaise closely with product and operations teams to ensure alignment with inventory, supply, and retail needs.
- Provide feedback on product and service enhancements.
- Work with omnichannel teams to strengthen brand visuals both online and offline.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and strong in brand storytelling.
- Proficient in Canva, basic video editing, or equivalent design tools.
