Position : Temporary Staff – Manager, MOCA (12 Months)

Agency for Care Effectiveness (ACE), Ministry of Health

Location: Pasir Panjang Road

Employment Type: Temporary (12 months)

Start Date: 17 March 2026 - End Date: 16 March 2027

Working Hours:

  • Mon–Thu: 8:30am–6:00pm
  • Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm
  • (1-hour lunch break; flexible within team schedule)

Monthly Salary: $4,380 - (Degree with at least 2 years of experience, or Diploma with at least 6 years of experience)

Job Responsibilities
Engagement / Content Writing
  • Write impact stories and features for ACE's Voices to Impact.
  • Liaise with patient experts for media consent and release forms.
  • Write content for newsletters, including CEE Updates and ACE Insights.
Survey & Data Management
  • Convert patient surveys for HTAs from Word to FormSG.
  • Transcribe handwritten patient responses into Excel for analysis and tracking.
  • Collate responses from patient organisations and track contributions.
Creative Design
  • Re‑purpose images from patient educational resources for social media posts.
  • Design website thumbnails.
  • Create and edit videos for ACE's Voices to Impact.
  • Design eDMs, promotional materials, and collaterals.
Administrative Support
  • Draft dissemination emails and manage mass distribution via Postman.
  • Coordinate meeting and workshop logistics.
  • Prepare AORs and related documentation.
  • Provide other administrative and related duties as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in healthcare or social science fields; or equivalent knowledge through experience/training.
Relevant Experience
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills & Attributes
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Effective and persuasive communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
  • Experience producing written/visual collaterals, especially for lay audiences.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to use social media platforms and creative design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
  • Flexible and able to work in a multidisciplinary team.
