• Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm; Sat 8.30am - 12.30pm (Alternate Sat)

• 1 - 2 years Video Marketing / Social Media Marketing experience welcomed!

Job Responsibilities

1. Content Planning & Scriptwriting

• Plan video topics based on our products (like air-con, exhaust systems, etc.)
• Write clear, engaging scripts that highlight technical features and real-life use cases
• Spot industry trends and create series content to build our brand authority

2. Video Shooting & Editing

• Independently shoot videos on-site (e.g., construction projects, product demos)
• Edit videos using editing software—add effects, subtitles, sound, and polish the final product

3. Platform Management & Data Analysis (bonus)

• Experience managing platforms like TikTok, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Instagram
• Know how to post smartly to increase views and conversions
• Analyze audience data to improve content direction and attract the right customers

4. Simplifying Industry Content for Video

• Turn technical concepts (like how a ventilation system is installed) into short, easy-to-understand videos
• Target both business clients (like restaurant owners) and end-users

Requirements

• Social media or video marketing experience preferred
• Bonus if worked on industrial or home improvement content
• Can operate cameras and editing software; able to handle the full video production process
• Creative writing and script planning
• Familiar with AI tools (like virtual avatars, AI presenters, etc.)
• Understanding of manufacturing/engineering is a plus
• Strong sense for internet trends and engaging styles (e.g., story-based product placement or educational content)
