Responsibilities

  • Oversee social media marketing including advertisements on Meta and TikTok.
  • Develop impactful marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external media and digital agencies.
  • Plan livestream promotions and support hosts.
  • Create and optimize product listings on eCommerce platforms.
  • Execute monthly campaigns to drive online sales.
  • Assist with ad hoc eCommerce fulfillment activities.

Job description

You will be part of VitaminMall eCommerce team overseeing all marketing activities to boost brand visibility, drive specific product sales and increase the sales of VitaminMall e-stores across various E-Commerce marketplaces in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities
  • Social media marketing including advertisement on Meta, TikTok and Influencer marketing to drive traffic to brand store and marketplace stores
  • Help to develop impactful marketing materials and campaign including brand building activities.
  • Work and collaborate with external media and digital agencies on Content Creation, Celebrity Marketing, Brand Awareness Campaign, Event Marketing and relevant digital advertising.
  • Plan out livestream promotion and provide relevant marketing support to our team of livestream hosts
  • Create product Listing on all eCommerce marketplaces, optimizing listing content and work with design team to create eCommerce banners
  • Execute monthly campaign and promotions to drive online sales at Website and eCommerce marketplaces including Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok, etc.
  • Assist with ad hoc eCommerce fulfilment activities including daily orders, picking and packing when necessary, alongside replenishment and coordinating pickups from the various logistics partners.
Requirement
  • Degree in Marketing / eCommerce or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing and managing eCommerce marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Amazon).
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Effective time management skills and excellent analytical skill.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently with high level of motivation
  • Proficient in written English
