Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Content Designer who blends strong design fundamentals with the agility of AI tools to create compelling visuals, videos, and digital content for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and product installations.

This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts designer, visual storyteller, and content creator—with the ability to turn ideas into high-impact brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop digital and offline marketing collaterals (e.g. social media content, posters, EDMs, brochures, banners, signage, booth displays)

Conceptualize and produce video content for social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Xiaohongshu)

Prepare final artwork (FA) for production – including print, large-format, event materials, and installation layouts

Use AI-powered tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway ML, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.) for ideation, visual generation, storyboarding, and accelerated content creation

Collaborate with project managers, marketing strategists, and developers to deliver cohesive brand executions

Adapt design concepts to fit cross-cultural audiences (especially for the China and Southeast Asia markets)

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, content creation, or visual communications

Proven skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and branding

Experience in video editing and motion graphics for digital platforms

Must be highly proficient in AI design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, or similar

Solid experience preparing final artwork for print and production (pre-press, bleed, die cuts, etc.)

A strong, updated portfolio that showcases a range of content: branding, digital assets, social video, and event visuals

Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-border environment

Bonus: Familiarity with Mandarin or regional languages (for working with China/SEA creatives)
