A leading independent hotel in Singapore seeks a Senior Marketing Professional to strengthen its marketing and communications strategy across Rooms and F&B. The role involves overseeing branding, driving direct business via optimized campaigns, and leading digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in hospitality marketing, a strong digital background, and excellent leadership skills. Knowledge of managing partnerships and communications is essential.
Lead the hotel’s overall marketing and communications strategy across Rooms and F&B to strengthen brand visibility, drive direct business, and enhance in-house marketing capabilities. Partner closely with Revenue and F&B teams to deliver integrated campaigns and digital initiatives that support the hotel’s commercial goals.
Develop and execute a 360° marketing and communications plan that spans branding, digital, public relations, partnerships, and e-commerce. Build internal marketing capability, strengthen the hotel’s direct business channels, and position Royal Plaza as a leading independent hotel in Singapore.
This role is ideal for a senior marketing professional currently leading digital and brand functions within hospitality or travel-tech ecosystems.
