A leading grocery e-commerce provider in Singapore is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations and improve process efficiency. You will manage a team, ensuring accuracy in picking and packing, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
- Lead daily huddles and manage dispatch processes.
- Coach team members and improve performance metrics.
- Ensure the online store's accuracy in listings and stock.

You’ll run the engine room of our online store. Think: fast picks, flawless packs, zero oopsies, and happy customers. You’ll coach a tight crew and keep the digital shelf spotless.
Own the floor: Lead daily huddles, set the pace, keep picks/pack lines flowing, and sign off on dispatch.
Coach the squad: Roster smart, give clear feedback, and celebrate wins loudly.
Protect the digital shelf: Spot wrong images, sizes, or prices and get them fixed the same day.
Be besties with stock: Support stock-takes, fix variances, and keep consumables ready to roll.
Tidy ops, tidy mind: Keep the space audit-ready, 5S-ish clean, and workflow-friendly.
Level up processes: Kill bottlenecks, shave minutes, and make data-backed improvements.
UPH (Units Picked per Hour), that’s speedy and accurate
On-time dispatch across all cut-offs
Near-zero picking/packing errors
Same-day fixes for any listing glitches
- Have 2–4 years in e-comm, grocery, retail ops, or last-mile (lead/supervisor a plus)
- Love SOPs, dashboards, and turning spreadsheets into action
- Stay cool when it gets spicy (peaks, promos, holidays)
- Communicate clearly, coach kindly, and bring great energy to the floor
