Responsibilities

  • Supervise construction work activities to ensure compliance with MOM Regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to identify unsafe practices.
  • Perform routine checks on project tools and heavy machinery.
  • Implement hazard identification and control measures.
  • Validate Permit-to-Work submissions before work commencement.
  • Educate project staff on EHS compliance.
  • Contribute suggestions to prevent incidents and accidents.
  • Assist in EHS incident investigations.
  • Stop unsafe acts that pose EHS-related risks.
  • Collect EHS statistics and prepare reports.
  • Gather feedback to improve EHS practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job description
  • Supervise construction work activities to ensure compliance with MOM Regulations and safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate unsafe practices or conditions.
  • Perform routine checks on project tools, equipment, and heavy machinery to ensure safe operation.
  • Implement and support the risk management process, including hazard identification, risk evaluation, and control measures.
  • Validate and/or verify Permit-to-Work submissions prior to the commencement of work.
  • Educate and provide advisory support on EHS compliance to project staff, including subcontractors.
  • Assist in and participate in all EHS activities and meetings at the project site and maintain accurate EHS records. Contribute suggestions to prevent the recurrence of incidents and accidents.
  • Support EHS incident and accident investigations and assist in the Return-to-Work program.
  • Stop any unsafe acts or processes that may pose EHS-related risks and enforce preventive measures.
  • Collect EHS statistics and prepare reports for project management.
  • Gather feedback from workers to improve EHS practices.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
