Job summary
A leading employment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced supervisor to manage workflow and employee performance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory role and demonstrate strong communication skills. Responsibilities include organizing tasks, monitoring productivity, and ensuring compliance with policies. This position requires availability for weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role.
- Professional and pleasant personality.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work at night shift and split shift.
Responsibilities
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans.
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
- Pass on information from upper management to employees.
- Prepare and submit performance reports.
- Hire and train new employees.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Skills
