Job Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for effective facilities and equipment management.
• Oversee all facility-related projects, renovations, and construction, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
• Manage regulatory compliance, permits, licenses, and follow-up on audit findings.
• Lead emergency management, Business Continuity (BCP), and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives.
• Prepare tender documents, scopes of work, and bills of quantities.
• Supervise and mentor the Facility Executive.

Requirements

• Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field with at least 3 years’ experience.
• (Diploma holders with 5 years’ relevant experience may be considered.)
• Strong technical knowledge in facility and biomedical equipment management.
• Good understanding of safety and regulatory compliance.
