Responsibilities

• To be well-informed in administrative matters of tenants.
• Conduct daily sales and audit checks.
• Provide on-job training and plan duty rosters.
• Ensure the respective outlets adhere to the hygiene SOP.
• Ensure outlet maintenance.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory stocks check.
• To take note of the customers' preferences and report to Head.
