Greet and warmly welcome guests, escort them to their seats, and provide a brief introduction to the restaurant’s concept and menu highlights.

2. Professional Advice & Assistance | 专业咨询与解答

Offer professional recommendations and answer guests’ questions about menu options, ingredients, allergens, and beverage pairings.

3. Order Taking & Communication | 点单与传达

Accurately take guests’ orders and communicate them promptly and clearly to the kitchen to ensure smooth preparation and service flow.

4. Food & Beverage Service | 高标准服务

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service — serving dishes and drinks, setting and clearing tables, and preparing cutlery and napkins with care.

5. Cleanliness & Organization | 环境维护

6. Payment & Records | 结账与记录
