• Serve as the primary point of contact for initiatives spanning multiple technical domains or teams.
• Lead roadmap planning sessions, prioritise initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Communicate program updates, challenges, and key decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and remove obstacles that could impact delivery.

• Minimum 5 years of program management experience, ideally within the tech or digital product environment.
• Strong track record of leading cross-functional programs and delivering results.
• Ability to create structured project plans, define key milestones, and monitor progress effectively.
• Experience in roadmap planning, prioritisation, and managing multiple streams of work.
