Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in QS/ Contracts administration.
• At least 5 years with a Main-Contractor is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and relevant laws.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and subcontracts.
• Lead contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
• Handle contractual and commercial disputes related to projects.
• Administer project claims and contractual budget accounting.
• Manage a team producing project claims and reports.
• Assist in tendering process ensuring accurate costing.
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts.
