We are looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst cum Project Manager to drive project implementation and initiatives for our client in Singapore which is a local statutory body.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product management team and users to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for software projects.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and system specifications.
- Lead end-to-end project management for enhancements and implementations:
- Map "as-is" and "to-be" business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as the liaison between business users, developers, testers, and project stakeholders.
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Track progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure on-time delivery
- Conduct regular status updates and stakeholder communications
- Support system testing, including test case development, UAT coordination, and defect tracking.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation (BRD, PRD, FRS, meeting notes, etc.).
- Follow Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as required.
Deliverables will include:
- Well-documented business and functional requirements
- Process flow diagrams and use cases
- Project plans and status reports
- Support for testing and successful user sign-off
- Post-implementation review inputs
- Good and satisfactory on-time delivery of project requirements.
Skills & Experience Requirements
Required Experience of the appointed resource:
- 3–5 years of relevant experiences in business analysis and project management within software application delivery environments.
- Proven experience working with enterprise software (e.g., D365, Business Central etc).
- Strong requirement-gathering and process modeling skills.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- Basic understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to document clearly and facilitate meetings.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications ( Optional)
- Certification in PMP, CAPM, CBAP, or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM).
- Exposure to data migration, integration, or change management activities.
