A multinational consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead the digitization of deal confirmation processes in Asia. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial markets and project management skills, as well as proficiency in agile methodologies. The role requires fluency in French and professional English, with a multicultural working environment anticipated.
At Amaris Consulting, we believe in creating a thriving, positive workplace where every team member can grow, connect, and make a real impact. Here’s what you can expect when you join our dynamic community:
The company is undergoing a major transformation of its Front-to-Back processes in the Global Markets domain, aiming to automate and digitize the deal confirmation process (Confirmation Matching - CFM). Currently, in several Asian countries, this process is manual, paper-based, and requires physical delivery of confirmations to clients for signature. This operational inefficiency leads to compliance risks, extended processing times, and a poor customer experience.
The project aims to deploy a secure digital client portal enabling electronic distribution, validation, and e-signature of deal confirmations across 10 countries in Asia, with priority given to 3 key countries (to be identified based on regulatory, operational, and technological maturity).
The first phase of the project is currently being delivered (planned completion by end of March), primarily focused on Europe. The next phase will shift toward Asia, with significant challenges around standardization, local adaptation, and migration of existing processes.
The candidate will play a hybrid role combining Project Manager and Business Analyst responsibilities, with end-to-end accountability for the CFM digitization project in Asia. They will act as both project lead, functional study lead, and program governance facilitator.
This profile must combine strong functional expertise in Global Markets, rigorous project management skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a complex, multicultural, and highly regulated environment.
• Solid experience in financial markets (Global Markets), ideally in Front Office support, Middle Office, or Trade Processing.
• In-depth knowledge of the trade lifecycle: booking, confirmation, affirmation, settlement, accounting, P&L, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting (MiFID II, SFTR, etc.).
• Experience in digitizing operational processes, particularly with workflow solutions, e-signature platforms, or client portals.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects, from analysis to implementation.
• Proficiency in agile or hybrid methodologies and IT Project Lifecycle (PLC) processes.
• Ability to lead steering committees, prepare progress reports, and manage risks effectively.
• Strong influencing skills without direct authority, in a matrixed and international environment.
• Excellent communication, team facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• High level of rigor, organization, and results orientation.
• Native or fluent French (mandatory).
• Professional fluency in English.
• Willingness to work in a multicultural environment: positions based in Paris, London, Belgium, or India. Occasional travel to Asia may be required.
• Experience with electronic confirmation platforms (MarkitWire, DTCC, ICE, etc.).
• Knowledge of local regulations in Asia (MAS, JFSA, HKMA, etc.).
• Experience in regulatory-driven or digital transformation projects within investment banking.

For this purpose, we welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, beliefs, age, marital status, disability, or other characteristics.
