Job summary
A building management company in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual to assist in the smooth operations of assigned properties. Ideally, candidates will possess a diploma in Building or Facility Management and have at least 2 years of experience in managing condominiums. The role includes overseeing daily operations, managing service providers, and responding to resident feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building management services.
- Experience in managing strata-titled properties (condominiums).
Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations of the assigned building.
- Carry out daily inspection to upkeep the property.
- Prepare and evaluate contract works.
- Manage service providers including cleaners and security.
- Attend to residents' feedback and complaints.
Skills
Education
- Assist the Manager in ensuring the smooth operations and effective management for the day-to-day operations of the assigned building
- Carry out daily inspection to upkeep the property in good and serviceable conditions
- Prepare, evaluate and recommend for contract / quotation works
- Carry out all work functions to the highest standard expected for the client
- Handle renewal of term contracts and upkeeping of contractual records
- Manage service providers in cleaners, security and landscape
- Attend to residents' feedback and complaints
- Manage facilities booking
- Diploma in Building / Facility Management / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building management services / managing strata-titled properties (condominiums)
