Job Title: Finance and Admin Manager / Finance and Admin Manager (ID1682)
Location: Gul Circle
Working Hours: Monday- Friday : 7.30am to 4.30pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm. Sat (Once a month) 8.50am to 6.00pm
Salary: Up to $7000
We are hiring a Senior Finance Manager / Finance Manager to work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in managing the company’s financial health and supporting cross-functional corporate services.
Responsibilities
- Finance, Audit & Compliance
- Work closely with the CFO on financial strategy, funding, and cash flow planning.
- Review and approve payments and customer credit limits in line with company policies.
- Oversee monthly closing, cash position, and management reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost efficiency initiatives.
- Lead debt recovery tracking; recommend actions in consultation with CFO, Sales, and WTD.
- Manage internal and external audits, GST submissions, and corporate tax filings.
- Oversee corporate insurance policies including property, industrial, and liability coverage, in coordination with the CFO.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with financial reporting and statutory regulations, with the CFO.
HR, Admin & Regulatory Functions
- Human Resources
- Oversee and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Support salary benchmarking and increment proposals with the CFO.
- Handle grievance resolution and union matters (e.g., Collective Agreements).
Workplace Safety & Legal Compliance
- In consultation with the CFO, oversee incident reporting, workplace safety reviews, and MOM-related compliance.
- Manage work injury compensation, hospitalization claims, and death-related processes.
General Administration & Legal Support
- Oversee facilities, canteen, cleaning/security contracts, and vendor management.
- Maintain documentation and ensure policy compliance in HR, Finance, and Admin.
- Support the CFO in legal matters (e.g., disputes, claims, regulatory coordination).
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in finance, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in financial operations, audit, tax, and compliance.
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership on strategic and operational matters.
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
