Job summary
An innovative technology team in Singapore is seeking an experienced ITSM Release Manager to oversee technology releases that support mission-critical systems. This role involves managing release calendars, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring compliance in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT or a related field, possess hands-on experience in IT Release Management, and hold relevant certifications like ITIL 4. This position is crucial for ensuring safe and efficient deployments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in IT Release Management.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL / ITSM, SDLC.
- Comfortable coordinating multiple concurrent releases.

- Manage release calendars, dependencies, risks, and approvals.
- Drive continuous improvement across release management processes.

We are hiring an experienced ITSM Release Manager to manage and govern technology releases supporting mission-critical systems in a highly regulated environment. This role focuses on ensuring safe, compliant, and low-risk deployments into production.
- Plan, coordinate, and govern end-to-end technology releases
- Manage release calendars, dependencies, risks, and approvals
- Chair release review meetings and ensure readiness for go-live
- Work closely with engineering, QA, operations, and external teams
- Ensure segregation of duties and adherence to release policies
- Track release KPIs, risks, and post-implementation reviews
- Drive continuous improvement across release management processes
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in IT Release Management
- Strong knowledge of ITIL / ITSM, SDLC, Agile / DevOps practices
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent releases
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- ITIL 4 certification preferred
